KHS Project Presentation Day

January 17, 2012

Dear Kaiser High School Supporter:
Our second annual Kaiser High School Project Presentation Day will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012. These presentations will be a culminating activity for BOE Senior Projects,
IB Middle Years Programme Personal Project, and IB Diploma Programme Extended Essay. The Kaiser High School Administration would like to ask you to consider participating as a
panel judge for one of these activities.

There are 204 students who participated in one of these three activities. With such a large number of student projects, over 110 panel judges are needed. This presentation day is an
opportunity for students to publicly present their work and for our judges to see the level of rigor students are engaged in here at Kaiser High School.

The event will take place at Kaiser High School from 7:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. We are asking panel judges to report at 7:45 for check-in and light refreshments. An orientation will begin at 8:15
and student presentations will start at 9:30 and end at noon. Lunch will be provided. Panel judges will work in groups of three to evaluate a series of 20-minute student presentations on
self-selected topics of personal interest.

On behalf of the students of Kaiser High School I would like to thank you for considering being a panel judge. Please see the attached descriptions.

Sincerely,
John P. Sosa
Principal/Head of School
