Admission's Day weekend, so what's the significance of this date besides it being Hawaii's Statehood Day?
Recently, Admission's Day weekend has been the date of our annual Alumni Bash. The bash is sponsored by the KHS Alumni Association (KHSAA) and targets all graduates of Kaiser High School no matter the year you graduated. Our goals are to foster past and present relationships with the people you grew up with, assist with alumni class reunions by bringing classmates together, and to provide a means for our friends to stay connected.
ALERT!: Credit Card Scam
We just received word from a former student in the community that he recently received a call from someone saying they "were calling on behalf of Rodney Iwasaki at Kaiser High Athletics and the Kaiser Foundation, soliciting donations for supplies and equipment . They asked for a credit card number for the donation.

Running Start @ Kapiolani Community College

What is Running Start? It is the University of Hawaii program designed to allow qualified juniors and seniors to earn college credits while still in high school. Under Running Start, students are allowed to take a maximum of six credits, or about two courses, a semester while still attending high school full time. Students first take a placement exam at the college in which they must show that they qualify for basic English and math at a college level. If they qualify, they must get approval from their high school counselor, principal and guardian.
