In the past few weeks we've received requests to have event information posted, this is great and we want to help. To get your event posted and added to our "monthly update" email follow a few simple steps.
- If you're not already registered at kaiserhsaa.com first.
- Then, click on the Forum link from the main menu above. This is where you'll be providing your information.

- Look for the appropriate category

- Tips:
- Be sure to include the date of your event
- Start and end times
- Locations
- Description
- Contact information such as your email or phone number
- If you have a URL address to your own web page include it as well.
Now you're done and we'll try our best to get it out in our monthly update email.
